He tried to contact the police around 2008/9. The old boss has since died (obituary was in his notes).
FIL thought that his old boss was involved organised crime, so I agree with you on not risking my family’s safety to alleviate my dead FIL’s guilt.
This is the shortened version! He died a few days after this, so its not like he’s was doing a death rattle when he told me this. Plus I have his big binder to go off too. He kept a lot of notes.
