I am pretty sure the rescue personal will need protection from the terrorists that are on the east bank, but I bet the US and Poland could whip up a peacekeeping force pretty quick.

Hell Yes! They need them. Imagine a squadron of vipers loaded with Harpoon and Harm missiles, the black sea fleet would disappear before the vipers got in the air.
