I doubt it. Users may already be familiar with these features and would see it a way to make processes more seamless. Server subscriptions would mean you don’t have to go through Patreon.
This sounds like a feature that couldn’t be implemented properly without users being confused. There are different posting rules for each community. It would be too much to keep up with.
