I used to be proud of our purple status but I’m personally glad we’re turning blue.

Fair, they’re so ubiquitous I hadn’t really thought about it. The point still stands though of, it seems like the best way to deal with the issue is to encourage the population growth of their natural predators. Preferably native predators.

Am I wrong to say we should just be encouraging more wild chickens and dragonflies (those are more for mosquitoes)? Fight nature with nature yeah?

The Libertarian party, especially the NH chapter, should be completely ignored. Unless they commit crimes then go ahead and arrest them. If they got their way we’d be back to feudalism.

Local politics is the place to participate. Local affects national, and you have more ability to make the change happen yourself. There are still ways to use democracy to peacefully make the changes we need, but you have to have as many people as possible to make it work. The younger generations seem to be getting nicer. Your last 2 sentences are true, but we can start healing sooner if we can work together for it.

This will be an interesting race. Wonder if Sununu will back another not quite so far right person. As of right now I’d probably go for Ayotte but I expect whoever he backs will be elected.

Mt Major is great. Not too long of a hike but still tough enough to make you feel like you did something with a gorgeous view of Winnipesaukee. It’s also nostalgic for me, hiking that a few times on field trips.

I’ll start with an obvious one. You’ve got to drive the Kancamagus at some point. Gorgeous views and winding roads with quaint shops, really great snapshot of the roots of the state.

Another record breaking heat day. Are there still any naysayers floating around? Is it not yet obvious we need to put out the fire before we lose everything?
