This is true of all whedon shows imo. I have immense affection for Buffy/angel but there are entire seasons of both shows that I think are nigh on unwatchable lol

I could be mistaken but I believe there’s research that revealed SSRIs are only about about as effective as a placebo. Anecdotally speaking, I’ve never had a good experience with SSRIs, but some people swear by them! so it probably depends on individual brain chemistry or something

It’s farcical. They could inject prisoners with Nembutal or something and it would be a painless death but instead they use those shitty lethal injection drugs which both don’t always work, lol like in this case, and are known to be incredibly painful
