I took my 19L keg too, but they weren’t as keen on that, which is fair. I still have about 15L of Rice Lager I brewed to get through anyway.

Went down to the Burnley Brewing taproom for their closing down takeaways sale. Filled my little 9.5L homebrew keg with IPA at $5/L and bought three cases of cans too.

Melatonin is 5mg, doctor then suggested I crush it, which surprised my GP. I don’t dream either way though.

I’ve only tried melatonin (gives me poor quality sleep) and weed (give me poor quality bank balance) for my DSPD. Is there anything else you might recommend?
