I found this bit amusing:
To get WinGPT working without a proxy, the Dialup.net developer has also developed a 16-bit port of the WolfSSL library to support TLS 1.2 and 1.3 connections on the ancient operating system. This port is, as the developer says, “not secure, not reliable, and there is no warranty,” and it should be used for entertainment purposes only. The port doesn’t verify security certificates and uses “a fake random number generator” to function.
Very photogenic kitty.
On the other hand, kbin has a cumulative score, but currently implements it badly wrong. Your cumulative ‘reputation’ is calculated as “boosts - downvotes”. So if you post a thread that gets 100 upvotes, 9 downvotes, 80 comments and 5 boosts, you are rewarded with ‘-4 reputation’. Nobody really uses boost, so it is very easy to rack up negative reputation.
Thankfully, I don’t think ‘reputation’ actually does anything, but it is still kind of annoying to be ‘punished’ for posting.
The production design on this movie looks incredible. It’s like kitsch turned up so high it becomes fine art. Can’t wait to see this. Never imagined the Barbie movie would be my most anticipated movie of the year…
