I have two of these. One is my desktop, the other is running unraid with an hba card. I’m very happy with them.

Doorbells are powered. Either it’s a hardwired doorbell or there is a battery inside the button. That’s enough to set off a charge.

About the shower, I hang my towel just outside of the shower and get it before I step out. I get myself mostly dry before stepping on to the shower mat.

$15/hr works out to be about 30k/yr. That’s not enough to live on. We need a $30 minimum wage. It needs to be indexed to both inflation as well as congressional salary. If they get a raise, everyone gets a raise.

This kind of thing happens all the time unfortunately. I used to get texts from a company telling me how to pick up my cancer screening kit, and they stressed the urgency.

I don’t have cancer. I haven’t asked for a cancer screening kit. They obviously have a typo in their number.

I called them back on the provided number and waited to get through to someone. This was prescribed by a doctor. I wanted them to contact the doctor and let them know that their patient needs to get this test. All they would do is remove my number. This depresses me.
