What software are you using to SSH from Windows?

Permissions issue? Possibly Homarr cannot write to the configs to the file? Have you checked the container logs?

You got Fail2Ban installed on your Linux host? Has it possibly banned your Windows IP?

You’ll want a reverse proxy if you have multiple applications running on one Pi. You will also want a wildcard DNS entry pointing to the Pi for when you have the reverse proxy working
