Ddla mnie własność jest prosta. Kupiłem coś to należy do mnie, taka nieruchomość dodatkowo notarialnie jest przypisana do mnie. Skoro należy do mnie to mam wyłączne prawo dysponowania nią. Nie rozumiem podejścia do własności squatterów. Często przez “luźne” podejście do własności, cierpią nie tylko bogaci. Gdy np. Wynajmujący przestaje płacić za wynajem mieszkania i dalej tam mieszka. Wtedy mieszkanie jest ewidentnie w użytku przez właściciela - użytkiem jest wynajem. Jakie jest podejście squatterów do mieszkania osoby która w jakimś celu, np zarobkowym wyjechała za granicę na dłużej niż dwa miesiące, czy wtedy również jest uznawane za nieużytek? Mimo że ta osoba nie jest elitą i ma jedno mieszkanie jednak tymczasowo w nim nie zamieszkuje?
Może jestem dyletantem, jednak wszczynam dyskusję gdyż nie do końca rozumiem podejście “drugiej strony” i chcę zrozumieć jakie są granice waszego podejścia.
Ja jestem libkiem ale raczej nie radykalnym. I rozumiem walkę z monopolami i nawet korporacjami skupującymi mieszkania z rynku. Jednak jeśli chodzi o własność osób prywatnych to kompletnie nierozumiem bo to jest właśnie owoc ich pracy. Ktoś kupił mieszkanie i teraz je wynajmuje żeby sobie dorobić. Nie każdego stać na zakup mieszkania czy wzięcie kredytu więc taki wynajem to jest też dobra opcja dla takich osób. W końcu ktoś “wyłożył” pieniądze żeby ten ktoś inny mógł w tym mieszkać bez długich zobowiązań i bez wykładania większej sumy z góry. Nie widzę zbytnio lepszej opcji, bo ktoś wciąż musi zbudować budynki, materiały też swoje kosztują. Więc jak to powinno być rozwiązane w idealnym świecie?
Bo ktoś już za to mieszkanie już zapłacił i należy do niego, czemu miałby dalej płacić? Najem to takie “odstępne” inaczej właściciel lokalu nie miałby interesu w tym by wynajmować komuś to mieszkanie. Nigdy miejsce zamieszkania nie było darmowe, zawsze ktoś musiał to zbudować, kiedyś samemu sobie budowali, potem ktoś budował i się mu płaciło za to. Budowa domu kosztuje i nie rozumiem czemu ktoś miałby to mieć za darmo
But the fact is the clients I work with usually have bigger budgets and expects quality and maintanable project. Where I work, it is expected to have professionals, not the everyday developer just taught himself to create flutter app and does everything in one huge class. Also the principles I follow are not there just to make it pretty. It makes it easier to avoid bugs and adapt to new requirements. The architecture is not just to make myself feel better, it has real influence on the project. And I don’t see such discussions when the backend is developed, it is just a standard to follow some practices
Just needed to face my frustration with opinion of others. I am confident about my habits of keeping code clean as if I do the mess and then I need to do some quick changes it saves a lot of time and frustration. However I am noticing the most of such behaviours (complaining about keeping the code clean) in mobile projects, it looks like this is the field where there is the most SO copy-pasters. I wonder why, mobile is not that popular technology choice, and usually the most popular choices have tendency to attract unskilled devs or people who just want to earn much on coding

If you can’t pay off the college loan with job you found after finishing college, does not it mean it is a bad investment and you shouldn’t go to college? There are well paying jobs which does not require college degree, but also the minimum wage job seems to be better option than going to college if you can’t pay it off until the end of your days
