Nah no regrets here
Seriously though if you miss reddit so much go back?
We do not care
I ended up deleting the reddit app from my phone homescreen and replaced it with Memmy. Once I subbed to a bunch of communities I’m interested in, I barely even notice I’m not on reddit anymore. I just go on, scroll and interact for about 20 minutes, and then I’m done.
I guess If you were used to using reddit for hours a day then it might be hard to find the same amount of content, but then also, maybe reddit is sending you a message to pick up a new hobby. I’ve gotten back into reading, and loving it.
I’m not really sure, but I don’t think your tank is full, and the 0/total rating is actually accurate.
I remember tanks being weird when I first started using them, and I think maybe you need to set the tanks settings to “stockpile” or something like that, to generate hydrogen constantly, otherwise the h2o2 generator is only breaking the ice when it needs more oxygen (when you lose some by opening doors), and the hydrogen is just wasted somehow.
Unless you have a hydrogen engine onboard somewhere that is on but usually not running because it doesn’t get enough fuel from your h2o2 generator
Again, sorry I can’t help more, been a while since I’ve played and never full got the hang of hydrogen anyway
The cost of designs like that aren’t necessarily to do with the size of the icon, they’re to do with the expertise and years of practice a designer has to work for to be able to understand how to make an icon that looks professional, legible at a small size, works with the branding of the app/company, doesn’t come too close to other companies icons, and that the user is happy to have on their Home Screen.
It also has to look alright at larger sizes in certain cases.
The planet icon probably didn’t cost $1000, and you can tell and that’s why you’re posting about it.
Unfortunately, the annoying part about designing app icons is that when it’s really good, the user won’t even notice it, because it’s designed to not stand out from your Home Screen and become an eyesore.
It’s a tricky situation 😂 and the reason I did years of design school but never actually ended up becoming a professional
Not so much a game recommendation but a platform, but if you don’t already have a Nintendo switch, it might suit your style.
It lets you suspend any game at whatever point by just going to the Home Screen. You can then put down the switch and leave it for days or even weeks at a time, and then you can just turn the switch back on and pick up exactly where you left off in like 5 seconds.
I’ve been playing heaps of the new Zelda game, whenever I get a spare moment, but also if Nintendo games aren’t your style, nowadays there’s quite a good library of other games for the switch now.
Obviously the suspend feature doesn’t work for multiplayer games though, and to be honest I’ve found multiplayer in general doesn’t work as well on switch as other platforms, but it really is great for quick sessions of single-player games.
Also being portable is a great bonus
Not a shooter, but superliminal I think has a few levels that let you use portals to change your size, and there’s no limits on how many times you can do it, so you can shrink yourself to be microscopic to the point where you can fit inside a straw and it takes like a minute to walk to the end of the straw. Everything in the room is modeled to be quite detailed, so there’s also a chess board, and you can get on top of the rook piece and it’s like being on top of a castle.
Pretty fun puzzle game
Yep, this fixed a lot of issues, and I got to see the new “choose an instance” page what was added a few updates ago, looks great :)
