Why choose the one where the poo comes out?

Strong disagree. Kinks are not mental illnesses. People like what they like, people have fun in their own ways. Expressing that is not inherently wrong. Illegal stuff is different but if everyone is on board and having harmless fun then it’s all good.

People can express mental illness via weird kinks, but weird kinks are not mentally ill.

I get it seems extreme to people who haven’t tried it, but it’s really not and I recommend at least trying it.
