Here’s a link to the actual interview this quote is from: https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/david-gaider-interview-romanceable-companions-and-his-cancelled-planescape-sequel
The most interesting thing I learned from this is David Gaider wrote Carth fanfiction in response to KotOR feedback.
As someone on a low sodium diet for non-heart health issues, my blood pressure dropped about 20 points when I made the switch.
Also, this study only analyzed adding salt to a meal at the table. It’s good to know that even cutting down on that amount of salt can have health benefits, but sodium is sneaky. A handful of tortilla chips has 90mg sodium. A slice of bread has 150mg. Two tablespoons of salsa has 200mg. You have to be careful, it’s not always where you expect.
Edit: Oh, the other thing I wanted to mention. There is no such thing as a “salt free” diet. You need sodium for brain function and will die if you somehow manage to consume none for long enough. I get terrible brain fog if I skip breakfast now.
I will pick it up eventually, but I’ve got too many games to play already!
This tree absolutely does not grow into this shape naturally. Look at the trees in the background. It’s a lovely niwaki. The style is to shape the tree to mimic natural phenomena, which this does well, but it’s been shaped with artistic intent. This long, arched style is common for framing doorways.
Some companions will leave the party permanently if you do not bring them with you for their subplots. It’s not metagaming to put them in the party for things that are relevant to them, it’s the opposite, it’s bringing them along for something incredibly important to their personal journey.
Saving this for later. Nice build!
No, it’s one and done. So is Turn Undead. So are all of the other Channel Divinity options except Knowledge (until long rest) and Trickery (concentration).
The game I’ve laughed the most while playing is Jackbox. Fibbage and Quiplash have me in stitches every time, although it depends on how funny your friends are.
It just means we’re in the lull between games. Molyneux always does this.
