I want to try to go to sleep but I know I won’t be able to, and I’ll wake up in the middle of the night even if I pop an ambien. I tried to keep a good mood today but then my mom had to blurt out that the orange turd already took 2 states while Harris has 1 and now my mind is a wreck

I never gave a shit about a presidential election up until 2016 when I figured Clinton would coast in. Then I made sure to be involved in every election since then, minor and major, voting pure blue. 2020 was still a little scary, but nowhere near as terrifying as this one

I don’t recall them outright saying what sort of representation the people tossed into sanctuary cities had, but it wouldn’t think it too much of a stretch to believe they didn’t have voting rights. I thought it may still have been mildly relevant given how close we were/are to that depending on the outcome of the election. The propaganda kept the truth out of the public eye. Sisko and Bashir were blindly thrown in to that sanctuary city because 2 cops found them assed out on the street without an ident card, and it seemed to be a complete catch-all to toss any undesirables instead of getting them actual help.

• …he paid hush money to and ultimately was convicted of 34 felony counts related to it

• Awaiting a littany of convictions related to election fraud and attempts at election malfeasance including being on record asking states to commit actual fraud in his favor

• Has had numerous lawyers and associates disbarred and or arrested in relation to said election

When I was in the 8th grade I tried asking what the difference was. A friend of mine at the time, who was kinda smart albeit the son of a rich dentist, summed it up by saying “Democrats want to give money to the homeless while republicans want to create jobs for the homeless”. It made sense at the time and held some truth for a decade or 2.

Whereas now it’s “democrats try to get homeless people back on their feet, republicans make being homeless illegal”

pretty ugly when you don’t bury it beneath talking points, or obscure it with incoherent rants

I was at a brewery a few months back when Biden was giving an announcement, this was before he dropped out of the race. I was mildly enjoying myself until some guy came in with his wife and just went off on Biden, and specifically orbited around “hunter needs him to stay in office so he can stay out of jail”. Dude was wearing an FOP shirt so he’s obviously an expert on knowing when felons should or shouldn’t be in jail…

And there is sworn, corroborated testimony of a woman who had to pleasured Biden when she was a teenager while wearing a white glove there probably would have been riots in front of the white house.
