@usrtrv 100% we’re down to less than half of what it was when we moved in an (less than 2 yrs ago) and hoping by next year the only grass left will be around the stepping stones to the (native) flower beds.

@badbrainstorm @usrtrv 100% add lawncare to that list. I have a new theory that lawn equipment ruins every nice day. In 10 to 20 yrs all of it will be electric. I already own all electric and have had it for 5 yrs and that all that Costco and most of the big box stores feature anymore.
In my state they are also giving out rebates for both professional and residental upgrades.
