Why was the thermostat in this room set to 92 degrees over the weekend I’m not dressed for this shit
My boss is also my project manager, most of what she does is function as a sort of go between for us (the people on the ground actually providing the service) and the customer. That involves sitting in meetings with the customer higher ups to keep them in the loop on how things are going, bringing any issues that are preventing us from getting something done to them to make a decision on, figuring out the logistics of how something is going to get done, things like that.
Basically she deals with the people bullshit so all I have to do is go out and fix the problems.
Forgot how fun street fighter is, been having a blast the last week shaking the rust off and picking up a new character. Only problem is I placed really low rank and now that I’ve put things together I have a lot of games to win before I’m playing people that know what they’re doing and it can get kinda mind numbing just blowing up the same thing again and again.
Gonna stick it out tho, can’t let my buddy stay higher rank than me. 💪

Both my current and previous psych wanted to check heart rate and blood pressure every time I saw them (every 1 or 2 months) so yearly seems really infrequent to me. Maybe it’s an Adderall vs Vyvanse thing?
I’d say cutting out the caffeine is a good start, can also try altering diet and adding some exercise to your routine to help as well, which is generally helpful for ADHDers anyway with mitigating some symptoms. Good luck!
