i Have a homelab, i work and design computer/server/linux/security solutions for enterprises from my home. Lemmy is just another docker process in my lab.
BBS, ftpmail, archie, veronica, news, mail !! tons and tons of information never before available to me…
When i first started woking at a Unix maker… my task for my first 2 months was to know and document every file in /etc, /usr/bin/ and /bin…
After that month, my mentor ask me …
what /usr/bin/ldd does ? and show me an example.
The thing with lemmy it seems that you can install your own instance and the “federation magic” shares content between instances, but not accounts ?? !!!
We need this…
