1. maintain the updatibility of my builds (diff builds from diff people cannot be installed over each other) and
2. to reduce chances of bad actors spreading malware since I only trust myself.

The updates are just the updates from the official Youtube app. For changes introduced in ReX patches you can check their github.

As far as I’m aware you only get a 1 gb ram instance on Oracle cloud free, where are you getting this 24 gb ram instance?
