UT99 was one of my best if not the best gaming times I had in my life. Unreal was godlike too ofc.
restic + rclone crypt + whatever storage server/service is good enough. currently using hetzner storage for my backups. because they’ve auto snapshots on top of my backups.
I also use this setup for backups on servers, not only at home
Its actually simple. Tell them, its like Email. You have an email account at gmail, but can perfectly fine have email conversation with someone on outllook. Lemmy instance = the same as a web email interface of any email provider. Most people will get their head around that.
