That assumes people are looking at that and know what they’re doing and aren’t malicious actors. None of this is guaranteed. Famous examples of major OSS security vulnerabilities have already shown this.

There’s also just general tension among drivers. With years of near zero consequences for traffic offenses, the number of dangerous scenarios and road rage seem to be on the rise. It’s not great out there.

The original vibe was one of lack of consolidated info, extremely niche groups, and a lot of self discovery. This is so far beyond anything of that nature I find the comparison straight up weird. The lack of rage harkens back to maybe late 2000s but definitely not the early 90s to win98 vibe.
