Many people on giant general instances like mastodon.social are people from Twitter. Queer instances and their environment are better with this, but not perfect, still - there are posts that tell “”, but you do have people who are at least receptive of communist topics and do see how fucked up the world is right now. Many identify as “anarchist”, but some people do put “marxist” or “socialist” or “communist”.

Besides the bad attitudes, there’s no way to change the gender marker in the documents… at least meds are easy to get, that makes it slightly better, but for those who couldn’t change the documents before the ban staying in the country isn’t a comfortable option.
