Idk wym about chNging the quality but UM ACTUALLY you can download using an external downlosder like seal installed. And in the settings u can put the pkg name of the downloader which will then, if u set it to, downlosd the video using the native download button

I hate snap, because their store is proprietary and i think forcing something with a proprietary store on you is microsoft level shit which is why i left in the first place.

Most androids can, samsung hides it behind a setting called “wifi bridge” and some hide it in dev settings but its almost always default off
