This is almost on the level of Maoist censorship of any societal ills, while reporting that “all is well as it should be, as laid out for us by our benevolent system”

That’s normal mate, I was (kind of am) much the same. It’s not super controversial, so if you and your therapist have good rapport, just bring it up and be open to perspectives, advice and change.

Soon after my exodus from reddit and deciding which lemmy instance I wanted to make an account on and browse from as per my tastes, then I lost that one when the whole lemmy.fmhy.ml thing went down. Had moved to lemmy.nz since but was checking back
