gee its almost like not being able to afford a condo suite and being unable to afford adulthood has young men checking out of life

its just how pendulum politics works. keep alternating back and forth , rarely do we ever get real solutions.

I know some social conservatives who are applauding the NDP for this. Well done NDP for sticking up for societal benefit and not just capitalism. Meanwhile the Conservative Party of Ontario has been swallowed up by corporate interests so much that nothing else matters to them.

North American food is atrocious. Go see a chart that compares the same brand food with Europe, the ingredients are wildly different. No wonder we have obesity.

It is possible to have a nuanced view here, to recognize that a) Putin is comitting several war crimes in ukraine and b) that governments are taking advantage of the war to justify a hyper-militaristic , hawkish foreign policy as well as mild xenophobia.

Unfortunately whenever you point out part b) , people assume youre some kind of putin sympathizer
