I’ll bet there’s a massive meet up planned in Melbourne. Thousands are expected, and streets are being closed in preparation.

I can’t usually contribute very much to the discussions that stem from it, but I figured the more posts there are, the more potential for discussion there is. Stops the communities from being entirely dead at least I guess

I don’t know if there’s a per-subreddit shadow ban or whatever, but the mods made it clear that they don’t like me deleting my old posts and ever since then nothing I post gets any replies or updoots.

I mean my sample size is small, maybe a dozen posts since the API dramas, but still.

Some of the mods were active on here momentarily, but must’ve left when they realised they would lose control by bringing their community over here - or ditching reddit themselves

I love how we all grouped together to recruit all the DT regulars. I mean I didn’t really do anything, but I watched you guys do it 😂
