Corsair announced today that the company is acquiring boutique keyboard manufacturer Drop as the company plans to improve its mechanical keyboard and accessories offering for gaming enthusiasts.

Well, Drop was already meh for keyboard stuff anyway and with Corsair involved, I’m less interested.

I really like my Filco honestly. Very simple but nice feeling mechanical keyboards imo.

I have a 15 year old Filco somewhere, alas I think it’s just a bit outdated in features; not having some form of hot-swap socket is a big minus, as my Filco works fine, just that some of the switches are really worn out.
