Pero around 5-6 years ago wala pa masyado gumagamit ng sunscreen. Uso pa nga ang magpa araw back then dahil magkaka vitamin D deficiency daw pag di ka naaarawan. Tapos ngayon biglang takot na takot na lahat sa araw dahil sa mga koreano.

'Di ako adik sa skincare, in fact, hilamos at ligo lang meron ako pero may napanood/nabasa ako sa science ng photoaging. Hindi yun fad ng nga koreano, may totoong basehan yun.

Yung pagbibilad rin sa araw, bata pa ako ang turo na sa’min sa madaling araw lang maganda yun kung kailan hindi tirik ang araw. 'Di rin naman natin kailangan nun kasi nasa tropics tayo, 'di tayo tulad ng mga taga-poles na sa isda kinukuha ang vitamin D.
