The Grand Theft Auto III fan port for the Sega Dreamcast, developed by SKMP, is currently in development. DreamSDK3 and KalistiOS are being used to create the port, utilizing assets from the PC version.

More Dreamcast goodies.

Once it’s done, I suppose so, much like how the Dreamcast version of Soul Reaver is the “definitive” one
