Who shoots first utterly changes the dynamic of this doomsday situation, and almost none of these videos start with that question. They assume that all these weapons are being fired off at the same time. In fact, in this video they do not explicitly say who fired the first missiles, but it is heavily implied that Russia fired the first missiles.
