Your previous post wasn’t that far-fetched. But this one is plain bs… Military aid does get to Ukraine. You may judge it as a bad or good thing, but that’s besides the point…

Your quote in the title is from one man heading one organization. And you say investigation like CBS did some deep dive and is uncovering something. This article stakes no further claim and provides no actual evidence other than hearsay. Yes it’s logical to assume that some aid will turn up on the black market, but to say 70% will is bonkers. Which is why this article doesn’t even attempt to back that up or prove it.
