I am Genuinely curious, but I thought they were all cartilage. Is thay what this is? I assumed it didn’t look like that, but I don’t know what I expected

Me too.

This kinda looks like a skeleton, just made from a different material.

I think maybe I assumed it was more like a sheet, like a squid’s “feather”, but that doesn’t make much sense either.
