Oh so now per capita is important but it’s not for how much is spent on healthcare per capita?

I’ve got another number for you… 28k

USA: 800k for 330m = 2.4/1000

Canada: 28k for 37.5m in 2019 = 0.75/1000

So tell me now, where do we see the most deaths per capita due to bad diagnosis? Do YOU understand what per capita means?
