Could anyone explain why b4 is rated as a blunder by the lichess engine. I don't see any obvious advantages for black If I follow the lines.(lemmy.blahaj.zone)

This. It does not seem to be a tactical mistake but more a strategic one. Your king is weak now which means if you both play equal, you have a disadvantage.

(In order to judge my answer, I am 1300 ELO Lichess so I may not be 100% accurate. I could even be wrong but this is my analysis.)

Edit : your pawn structure is also degraded. I think your c-pawn is really weak now and will be a problem in the game.
