I’m surprised there isn’t more movement to just completely ban building in these areas. Getting everyone else to cover the cost of their predictable destruction seems very unfair.

I’m surprised there isn’t more movement to just completely ban building in these areas. Getting everyone else to cover the cost of their predictable destruction seems very unfair.
