What happens if you brush the charging pad with steel wool?

Other magnetic charging Skilhunts I’ve used will spark and can even ignite the steel wool. They’re not as bad as older Olights (the current shuts off very quickly), but it’s still my opinion that lights shouldn’t have live contacts on the outside and I’m hoping they’ve fixed it.

I don’t have any steel wool on hand to test with. I do know that the full battery voltage can be measured through the charging contacts.

If shorting the contacts can cause a fire then it’s definitely a safety concern. I don’t know if it will or not.
