Not sure if this is AI. Hands look too good.

Edit: But maybe it could be AI? It’s kind of grainy. The feet look a little off. Also the shadows are not consistent: look at the shadow of her left arm compared to other shadows. And the guy’s left leg just above his knee looks like it is foreskin 😂
