Murder is an abstract concept that society gets to define. Currently, the crime of murder is something that only happens to live humans with functioning bodies. The criminal definition and the generally accepted definition are in agreement. You are in a minority. Most people do not believe what you believe. Why would we change our laws to reflect what a minority of people believe?
what victim? a fetus? if a fetus is a victim then every sperm that did not get to fertilize an egg is also a victim. because it could’ve become a fetus that a woman could be forced to carry & birth. It was prevented from being born.
