With his absence in BOTW I was kind of hoping for some kind of Tingle incarnation. He’s weird, he’s creepy, but he is by far by favorite Zelda character after Hestu

I didn’t like Penn much, but I have to admit SOAR LONG is fucking fantastic, and have you SEEN him without his goggles??
