Did it increase a lot as well? I always thought germany was cheap compared to here in the Netherlands.

Didn’t know you had a housing crisis as well, sucks.

Cyprus also. Last year 135000+vat for a 1 bedroom apartment. This year, over 200000+vat for the apartment next door
