It means that you’ve stuffed the thought or memory into a hole from which you cannot or choose not to retrieve it. You on the other-hand, appear to have stuffed yourself in the memory-hole, so you emerge like a new-born fawn in the spring, ready to believe whatever the democrats tell you. Must be a nice life.
