Well yeah thanks for that…I went down a weird rabbit hole for too long. She made a space nazi joke on Holocaust Rememberance Day and liked some serious bullshit on Twitter. Surprised me as I remember she did Communist Manifesto photoshoot around the time she was dating Chelsea Manning. Her 2020 album had an environmentalist name, right before a global pandemic which seemed a bit prescient.
I’ve always known that We Appreciate Power is a song about femme fascism furturism but well incoherent is the right word for her politically. She’s always been a troll. As of right now she’s trying to get a subreddit taken down she accuses of just being a defamatory sub playing gotcha games with Twitter. It’s a headscratcher. She’s 100% troll so “play stupid games…” etc.
Apparently Elon and Grimes aren’t together so maybe she was being badly influenced.
I’ll never forget hearing College Dropout and Late Registration and being a huge Kanye fan til about 5yrs ago. So this shit happening again would piss me off.
