Before. Don’t want to overdo it and be too stoned to figure out the oven.
You may want to also consider the “don’t shop when you’re hungry mentality”.

@CorrodedCranium true, when i started, i used to eat after because everything tasted so good. but now i eat before so that i dont feel hungry. but ill save a little snack aha
