I am having issues finding a pdf that doesn’t have me sign up for a pdf library membership, do y’all have one? Are these memberships safe?

Below are two links to Anna’s Archive (a book/article download aggregator), from which you can choose a site to download the PDF without needing to sign up or login to anything:
