Since Monday, I’ve had issues posting threads. I’ll get an error message saying:
We are working on resolving the issues
Over the next few days, there will be a change in server infrastructure. Temporary problems with the website’s functionality may occur during this time.
…Despite the message, my threads will still post to the magazine–but few users can see them.
I’m sorry if this has been addressed before; I did a quick look at this mag and couldn’t find the exact issue I’m dealing with. I’m just wondering if this is normal ‘fediverse growing pains’ or something I need to fix on my end?
Thanks for any help. We have a massive event coming up in a week—probably going to drive a tonne of traffic to our magazine—and I’m really hoping we can find a fix before then.

For some more Random Testing™ since I haven’t posted much in the last day or two aside from that thread, just tried another thread on /m/random, same thing. 500 error, doesn’t appear on the mag, does show up on my profile. Both threads (that one and the one on our sub) look 100% fine when logged out, comments appear as you would expect, the front page of the mag looks exactly as you expect. They just don’t appear correctly specially when logged in. No clue if that gives anyone with more brain cells than us something to work on lol.
Edit: tl;dr remove all blocked domains to be able to see posts / comments with no domain (like this one)
Oop, that issue specifically is definitely this https://codeberg.org/Kbin/kbin-core/issues/1019. I posted it in this thread more details but, I imagine you might not be able to see any of my comments in this thread. If you do see this post, definitely check out https://kbin.social/m/kbinMeta/t/361909 (while logged out because you also won’t be able to see that thread logged in)
