It seems it was consensual though.

Still very bad and illegal of course but not rape.

You can’t get consent from a minor. This was rape.

That’s fair.

I usually connect rape with nonconsensual often violent sexual assault. But I guess could also be rape. Personally I would just call in sexual assault though, since I associate the word rape differently.
