How to report DM's and sender?

I know there’s a recent similar-sounding post but I think this is a different issue.

Someone with a racist username DM’d me very graphic porn and insults. Obvious troll is obvious yet I can’t find a report button on DMs or the user’s profile. Please help.

As others have said, DM’ing an admin is fine. There’s also a report button for private messages as well.

Where do I find it? I’m using Connect but I couldn’t find the button on desktop either.

i’m not sure about the Connect app but on desktop it should be right beside the “Read” checkmark:
