Yeah I see articles like this every week for the entire year, but none of this matters to anyone outside of Russia, right?

All that matters is the citizens either believe it or are forced to believe it? After that any other nation can say whatever it wants.

Which leads me to wondering if other nations attempted any psych ops to try and sway more domestic opinion.
