I will crosspost this to lemmy.world, only fill out one ballot please. Week 0 is in the books, let’s see how this shakes up our polling. As previously discussed I will be posting the results on Wednesday of each week. Mods is there an appetite to make the results reflected in the banner?
Here’s my breakdown with a comparison.
I was really impressed with Hartman at ND so they got a big bump. I thought they’d be good, but I didn’t anticipate how good they’d look on offense with Hartman.
I don’t know why I expected SoCal to be better on defense. The offense looks to be fine, but you really can’t just count on outscoring every team every week. so they dropped a good bit.
I’ll try to avoid poll inertia as we move into week one, so I’d expect my ballot to rapidly change week-to-week.

I still think SoCal is going to be good. I think they’d beat Tennessee based on what I’ve seen.
We’ll see what both teams look like next week
I don’t know why I expected SoCal to be better on defense
I can’t believe Alex Grinch keeps getting away with it. How many times does he have to teach us that his defenses are not to be trusted? Still, dropping 5 spots after a week 0 game is extreme, but I respect the willingness to ditch poll inertia.
