So all will be half hexbear from now on? I might need to switch instances to one that’s defederated or stop using all. These are obnoxious.

You can literally block the community. Or use your finger to scroll past it. No one is forcing you to engage with posts. Does it hurt being that dumb?

Your instance has a ton of communities and we can’t blocked instances yet. But I’ll see how many and probably just block the communities.

I’m a lemm.ee user, not a hexbear user. If you really don’t like seeing hexbear content, stop browsing All and instead use Local. Or, again, just block the communities that keep pissing in your Cheerios.

Because their content is trash now, all the good posters are over here. I think .world defeded with you? Or .ml? Anyway I guess that’s a positive now.

This motherfucker thinks he’s less embarrassing than a Redditor. Hilarious. Anyhow, you can say “Thank You” for the Hexbear explaining your own social media platform to you, because, as always, they’ll need to explain the things that go on which you have no idea of their cause. At least this one you might actually accept as true.

just block their comms it’s pretty easy tbh they’ve only got like 50 of them max and of those probably only 20 are super active so it shouldn’t be that hard

Yeah I’ll do that. Thanks. If they start new ones though it will be annoying.

just block their comms

It’s only this thread that made me learn comm means community. I always assumed it had to mean something like communications and I was wondering how one would block that.

Thanks to the lemmy libs, I guess!
