With the recent AI tools in Photoshop it makes it even harder to go for Foss options (gimp/krita), so which Foss AI image manipulation tools are there that i can use to avoid adobe? For things such as fill in background and replacing elements of image & general generation.

While I havenβt personally messed with these features in particular, Stable Diffusion Web-UI (specifically automatic1111βs fork) should be able to do most of what you stated with in- and outpainting. Itβs self-hosted however
